Our trademark Drunken Fig Cheesecake brings people from far and wide into our little New Norfolk store. Why is it drunk? The figs are slow cooked in a tipple of sparkling Tasmanian wine. The cheesecake is the perfect mix of sweet and lemony. Trust us when we say, you really have to try this one. Each jar serves two …. but can double as a single serve if need be.

INGREDIENTS: Cheesecake Cream cheese, marscapone, egg, sugar, lemon juice, gelatine leaves.

Biscuit base: Butter

Topping: Dried figs, sparkling wine, brown sugar.
