Hulled Millet



Australian Hulled Millet is a popular gluten free grain. Millet is high in protein, essential amino acids, and antioxidants. It is purported to have numerous healthy properties, such as lowering blood sugar and bad cholesterol levels.

Cook millet as you would cook rice or quinoa. It can be cooked using plain water, or broth for extra flavour and health benefits.

Millet is commonly used as a side dish, or in salads.  It can be used as a porridge, cooked gently in milk and sweetened with fruits or honey. Millet is versatile, and delicious!
