Korean Marinade




This is a versatile sauce suited for marinating meats or vegetables, it’s also really good with tofu. It’s great in a stir-fry, or with our Mee Suah Thin Noodle Broth. The chilli broad bean paste gives it the full complement of umami, but don’t worry it isn’t hot.
